Mazal Tov to a New Jewish Book Award – Tablet Magazine
I read the book gifted to me by my father-in-law during the few free moments when Raphael was occupied, sleeping or someone else was helping out. I’ve always been a fan of multi time period narration so this book appealed to me from the beginning. Sadly I don’t have the time to review it for the blog (gotta wait for the baby to get older) but I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in Jewish communities in 17th century and the religious schisms/messianic movements taking place at the same time.
